We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping for all UK, US EU, AUS & CANADA orders. However, there will be additional shipping charge for expedited shipping service which you can select before checkout.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

United States: 5-18 Business days 
United Kingdom: 10-25 Business days
Europe: 15-25 Business days 
Australia: 20-30 Business days 
Canada: 5-20 Business days 
(Excluding the order processing time usually 1-3 days)

 

DELIVERY DELAYS, RETURN  &  LOST ITEMS

We regard the shipment is delayed if it is beyond 5 working days from the estimated date of delivery or if the courier notify us the delivery has been delayed due to any circumstances that is not the customers fault. Please note customs delays are not considered as delayed shipment. Delayed shipment will be compensated. Please contact us if you receive the item late.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item that is beyond our return period usually 14 Working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund fro unwanted/ not required anymore items, does not like the color, size, design & etc, change your mind & found a better price, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTY

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. International free shipping tracking details will show progress after every 5 working days.  For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
