To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed and ready for dispatch from one of our warehouses in USA, UK or China within 1-4 days after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. Delivery usually takes about 5-22 days for orders sent to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Orders to other parts of the world can take up to 30-35 days in some cases.

We will send tracking information as soon as your order has been processed and dispatched.

Orders with multiple items may be delivered separately if they need to be sent from separate warehouses. If you receive only part of your order, rest assured the remaining items will be with you soon.

In some situations such as in peak seasons or customs delays, delivery times may take longer, if you have not received your order after 30 days please contact us at support@dealhousedirect.com to check its whereabouts.
